Why am I saving $700 by booking this offer?
I need images to post in order to advertise my business! By booking a content session, you grant Studio NOVA permission to use and share your images for advertising, marketing, and portfolio purposes. As part of this release, you will receive 20 edited images and a 40 minute session with 2 looks, at a discounted rate of $250 + GST (regular value: $949)
Do I need any experience?
No! I will direct and guide you the entire way!
Do I have to show my face?
These images can be anonymous if you wish! You select 20 images from your session, and I ask that at least 15 of those be images I can share online. Your session can include a mix of face and anonymous shots, or we can just shoot anonymous!
Will my fully nude images appear anywhere online?
NO! I have to censor nudity to post on social media, and I do not post uncensored client work online, with the exception of Patreon. You do not have to allow sharing on Patreon, this is OPTIONAL! If you book a content session, you will be the only person to see uncensored images, unless you explicitly allow sharing of them on Patreon.
What style will the session be?
I am shooting studio boudoir, which will be in my private studio, with a mix of natural and studio lighting. Clients will be photographed posing n lingerie on the bed, in front of the mirrors, and on various furnishings. These sessions will be warm, moody and sensual, in simple lingerie so your body can be the main focus.

Paying by Cash or E-transfer? At the end of the form, select “Continue to deposit payment” → choose “Offline payment” and follow instructions. You can also pay online by entering credit or debit info.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:

30+ days notice: $50+GST rescheduling fee

STUDIO & BOOKING POLICIES
FINAL IMAGES: PRINTING, SHARING AND RECEIVING
POSTERS AND ENTERTAINER PROMO
You may use images for promotional items such as posters, lighters, magnets, stickers, etc. You may also use images for advertisements and promotions such as posters and on social media. Please credit Studio Nova as your photographer when you are able. Ask me or whoever is doing your printing to add "Photographer: Studio NOVA" in a small font somewhere on your piece.
IMAGE SHARING
Studio NOVA understands the level of sensitivity that may be included in images from the boudoir session, and agrees NOT to share any images/media you do not consent to. We do have a Patreon and social media, but only share images client's have allowed. Many clients keep their session 100% private.
PRINTING IMAGES
Final images given to clients via an online gallery are able to be downloaded to your device/computer. Images are high-resolution, and will appear high quality in print. If you wish to print your images, please contact Studio NOVA for a list or products, or ask us about something specific you have in mind, or print yourself.
CREATIVE FREEDOM
Studio NOVA possesses final creative control over all final images including, but not limited to, retouching, black and white filters, contrast levels, and all other editing decisions. If you wish to request any changes, there will be $ 25 editing fee per image, should Studio NOVA decide to make the change.
DIGITAL MANIPULATION:
No alterations, including but not limited to skin retouching, cropping, face-tuning, colour changes, filters from apps, and any other changes may not be applied to final images. Images are to remain unaltered by the client at all times.
OWNERSHIP OF IMAGES:
Studio NOVA owns all images taken during the Boudoir Photography Session. The client does not have any claim to copyright, patent, or other ownership of the photographs. If he/she wishes to submit the photos to an online or printed publication, he/she must obtain written consent from Studio NOVA prior to doing so.
MONETARY GAIN FROM IMAGES:
Studio NOVA owns all images taken during the Boudoir Photography Session, therefore no monetary gain may be acquired at ANY time from the sharing or sale of the images. We do allow you to use images on platforms such as Frisk, Only Fans, etc for PPV messages.
SOURCING OF IMAGES:
Images must be sourced at all times. You may post images on sites including, but not limited to; OnlyFans, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, social forums, Pinterest and/or through use in emails and agrees that he/she will credit Studio NOVA every time he/she does so. Images posted to any online media platforms that are not sourced will be reported to the site and removed. Repeated failure to properly source images will result in legal action.
UNEDITED IMAGES
We never provide unedited images in any situation. All images are edited to Studio NOVA;s standards, and best reflect our work the way we would like for it to be seen. Please do not request unedited images.
YOUR BOOKING
RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your session, your $150 deposit, GST, and processing fee will NOT be refunded.
Your non-refundable deposit will not roll over to a rescheduled date.
Clients who request to reschedule their date within 1 week of the session will be required to pay a $50+GST re-scheduling fee.
Clients who request to reschedule their date within 6 days of the session will be required to pay a $150+GST deposit to reschedule.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Please be on time for your session, as we may have someone or something else in our schedule following your session.
If you arrive late, you will not be charged a late fee, however we will only shoot until your allocated time slot is up, or you may reschedule with a new $150+GST deposit.
PHOTOGRAPHER CANCELLING YOUR SESSION
Studio NOVA will refund deposits, as well as any payments made, should the photographer need to cancel your session for any reason.You will first be given the option to reschedule.
Upon cancellation, any payments made towards your session will be kept as credit towards a new session date.
