Shot on a 1970s Polaroid, these prints are iconic, complete with a nostalgic aesthetic, thick white borders, and the magic of seeing them develop instantly! Typically, Polaroids can ONLY be booked as an add-on to regular boudoir packages. Prior to the Valentines Day, I always offer a special for JUST Polaroids!

Deposit & Payment

Deposit Required: $95+GST (non-refundable)
This secures your time slot and pays/goes toward your session total.
Paying by Cash or E-transfer? At the end of the form, select “Continue to deposit payment” → choose “Offline payment” and follow instructions. You can also pay online by entering credit or debit info.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

Deposits ($95), GST, and processing fees are non-refundable.
30+ days notice: $50+GST rescheduling fee
Less than 30 days: New $95+GST deposit required
Payments already made will be applied as credit toward a new date.

Late Policy:

Be on time! If you're 15+ minutes late, a new session (and deposit) will be required.
Previous payments carry over as credit.

I understand full payment (if total exceeds $95+GST) is due 24hrs prior to my session. Once I receive an invoice via email, I may make any amount of payments towards the total at any time via e-transfer, or pay the invoice in full using a card (3% service fee).

I confirm that I have been in contact with Studio NOVA withing the last 24hrs about the date I added to this form, and that Studio NOVA Canada has indictaed to me this time is available to book with the deposit I am about to pay.

I have reviewed Studio NOVA's image style, and expect to shoot in their style, with their guidelines. I understand that as the client, I need to speak up if there is something I desire from my session, or if I do not like a pose I am guided into. I understand that my session will be in lingeie, naked or partially naked. I understand that Studio NOVA does not intend to cover any body parts, and that the poses I will be guided into are their standard poses. I understand I that my arms, legs, face, and stomach will appear in images, and that is my duty as a client to say if I feel a pose is un flattering, or if I feel uncomfortable. Studio NOVA assumes that I will be comfortable and happy with poses, unless I say otherwise while shooting. Studio NOVA will do their best to accomodate any poses I do not wish to do, and will happily take pose requsts from me, the client. We will work together to ensure I, the client, am happy and comfortable the entire session.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation or rescheduling of a session results in the forfeiture of the $95 deposit, GST and processing fees, which are non-refundable. Deposits do not carry over to rescheduled dates. Clients seeking to reschedule 30 or more days prior to their session are subject to a $50+GST fee. Rescheduling with under 30 days until your session necessitates a $95+GST deposit to book a new date. Other payments made towards your session will be kept as credit towards your new session date.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE LATE ARRIVAL POLICY Clients are urged to adhere to scheduled session times, as delays may impact subsequent appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late for you appointment, a new appointment will need to be scheduled, with a new $95+GST deposit. Other payments made towards your session will be kept as credit towards your new session date.

STUDIO & BOOKING POLICIES

FINAL IMAGES: PRINTING, SHARING AND RECEIVING

IMAGE SHARING
Studio NOVA understands the level of sensitivity that may be included in images from the boudoir session, and agrees NOT to share any images/media you do not consent to. We do have a Patreon and social media, but only share images client's have allowed. Many clients keep their session 100% private.

OWNERSHIP OF IMAGES:

Studio NOVA owns all images taken during the Boudoir Photography Session. The client does not have any claim to copyright, patent, or other ownership of the photographs. If he/she wishes to submit the photos to an online or printed publication, he/she must obtain written consent from Studio NOVA prior to doing so.

MONETARY GAIN FROM IMAGES:

Studio NOVA owns all images taken during the Boudoir Photography Session, therefore no monetary gain may be acquired at ANY time from the sharing or sale of the images. We do allow you to use images on platforms such as Frisk, Only Fans, etc for PPV messages.

SOURCING OF IMAGES:

Images must be sourced at all times. You may post images on sites including, but not limited to; OnlyFans, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, social forums, Pinterest and/or through use in emails and agrees that he/she will credit Studio NOVA every time he/she does so. Images posted to any online media platforms that are not sourced will be reported to the site and removed. Repeated failure to properly source images will result in legal action.

UNEDITED IMAGES

We never provide unedited images in any situation. All images are edited to Studio NOVA;s standards, and best reflect our work the way we would like for it to be seen. Please do not request unedited images.

YOUR BOOKING

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your session, your $150 deposit, GST, and processing fee will NOT be refunded.

Your non-refundable deposit will not roll over to a rescheduled date.

Clients who request to reschedule their date within 1 week of the session will be required to pay a $50+GST re-scheduling fee.

Clients who request to reschedule their date within 6 days of the session will be required to pay a $150+GST deposit to reschedule.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Please be on time for your session, as we may have someone or something else in our schedule following your session.

If you arrive late, you will not be charged a late fee, however we will only shoot until your allocated time slot is up, or you may reschedule with a new $150+GST deposit.

PHOTOGRAPHER CANCELLING YOUR SESSION

Studio NOVA will refund deposits, as well as any payments made, should the photographer need to cancel your session for any reason.You will first be given the option to reschedule.

PAYMENT PLANS

Everyone who books automatically qualifies for a payment plan, no matter how far away/soon

your session is, how much it will total to, and how much you can afford to pay.

Upon cancellation, any payments made towards your session will be kept as credit towards a new session date.

Invoices are sent to you when you book. Make payments as you like.
