Service Description

November 4th from 1PM to 5PM | This event is ONLY for current and previous Studio Nova clients 30 Minute Appointment 1 outfit/person 5 digital images You and your friend can be posed together and/or individually Password-protected, private proof gallery sent within 1 week of session Option to add on additional studio time and/or additional images or Polaroids (please refer to additional pricing list) Professionally edited, high quality, print resolution, grain-free final images $150 deposit required to book (remainder +GST will be due the day before the scheduled photoshoot) *Friend must be new to Studio Nova (i.e. cannot be a current or previous client of the studio; must be a nonexistent client) *Friend is not meant to be a partner - this is NOT A COUPLE'S SHOOT (there will be no romantic, intimate couples poses/photos) *you and your friend must decide between yourselves which final 5 images you two would like edited and sent to both of you (i.e. you two will receive the same five images) **through this limited time offer, the mini session is already significantly discounted and thus is ineligible for Studio Nova's "Double the Images Listed" SW discount

Cancellation Policy

RESCHEDULING POLICY: Your non-refundable deposit will not roll over to a rescheduled date. Clients who request to reschedule their date will be required to pay a $50+GST re-scheduling fee. ​LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: Please be on time for your session, as we may have someone or something else in our schedule following your session. If you arrive late, you will not be charged a late fee, however we will only shoot until your allocated time slot is up, or you may reschedule. Clients who request to reschedule their date will be required to pay a $50+GST rescheduling fee. ​Are there situations where my deposit is refundable? Studio NOVA will refund deposits, as well as any payments made, should the photographer need to cancel your session for any reason. You will first be given the option to reschedule. ​What if I need to cancel my session after I've paid a deposit? If you cancel your session, your $100 deposit, GST, and processing fee will NOT be refunded.
