Return & Exchange Policy
 

Any item(s) purchased may be returned in NEW condition, with tags, and must not be worn. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. 

If you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us for a different solution.

These instructions are valid for online orders delivered/picked-up within Calgary.

STEP 1: Email customer service

  • provide your order number

  • indicate the item(s) you wish to return/exchange

  • Indicate if you wish to return or exchange

STEP 2:

Drop your item off at the address provided in an email. 

STEP 3:

Please allow up to 24 hours for an email indicating your refund has been applied.

We will send you an email when we receive your item for verification and refund processing. Any item(s) purchased may be returned in new condition, with tags, and must not be worn. Original delivery fees are not refundable.

STEP 2:

Print your return label, which we provide in am email, free of charge, and attach it to the outside of your package. 

STEP 3:

Return your item(s) using Canada Post. Simply take your package to any Canada Post, and drop it off.

STEP 4:

Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be received.
