SPACES

Our 535sf studio features 2 rooms with doors, as well as an open area for backdrops, set building and space to set your gear and out of the way items.

We offer empty clothing racks, as well as access to the empty beauty bar (with sink) should you need a space for stylists to set up.

FURNITURE

In the space you'll find a vintage arm chair, various stools, pillows, sheets and plants, which you are welcome to move. Our 'bed' converts into a sofa, with optional arms, for versatile posing and set options.

NATURAL & CONTROLLED LIGHTING

Both rooms (with doors) have one full wall of windows, offering soft light all day long. One room has a patio door for access to the private balcony, overlooking 17th Ave.

Our location offers one soft-box and one ring light for your use. The space also has various decor lamps and string lights for effects.
